Esco Compact Diffuser is used in applications and requiring high purity air removing submicron particulate. The Compact Diffuser can be used in all situations where the most minute air impurities of any kind may disrupt production processes or contaminate products. It is a basic prerequisite for the safe operation of a Cleanroom facility, protecting the product and staff from contamination and increasing the productivity of the facility as a whole.

Esco Compact Diffuser is a leading edge Filter Unit designed to provide filtered laminar airflow over a specific area.  The air is drawn in from the outside with supply duct (or Air conditioner), and exhausted after passing through the diffuser module as filtered air. The laminarity of the unit being ±20%.

It is available in two construction sizes and options and operates at low noise (35 dB)/ power consumption levels. The units are very light and easy to install.

Esco’s Compact Diffuser is made from extruded or anodized aluminum profile or sheet steel with powder coating (RAL 9016) at the outlet side.  The top plate is a one-piece design with an integral collar of outer diameter 305 or 250mm (depending on the model). The collar is formed of continuous bead so as to firmly attach with the inlet supply duct.  And is easy to remove for filter servicing and decontamination.

The filter casing is fitted with a polyurethane sealing frame which is used to hold the filter cell securely. The Sealant is an essential element of the diffuser assembly, facilitating a completely leak-proof, sealed seat for the filter cell. The filter panels are available with polyurethane gasket and are seamless on the outlet side.

The filter media consists of high quality moisture resistant glass fiber paper with hot-melt beads separators. All HEPA/ULPA filters are individually tested to EN 1822 verify that each filter shipped meets the specified efficiency.
