R & D CapabilitiesAs part of our aim in becoming the world leader in the manufacture and development of ductless cabinets, ESCO has a dedicated test facility for our R&D team to work in. Every aspect of the equipment is scrutinized and results fed back to the designers. From the aesthetics, functionality and reliability to the fine print on the warning label is well taken care of. Fully automated data acquisition (DAQ) system ensures error free chemical testing and performance monitoring of the ductless cabinets and at the same time providing a safe environment for our testing team. Our in-house test laboratory is now accredited to have the capability to carry out ANSI/ASHRAE 110-1995 tests for chemical vapour containment and BS 7989:2001 tests for carbon filter efficiency and filter retention capacity. As with any of ESCO's products, QC is given top priority here as well. The designers who conceptualise the idea, QC that raises the standard of our manufacturing and R&D that reports on the reliability; all work together to bridge their ideas, for fresh thinking truly brings out better performance. Our R&D team constantly updates and upgrades themselves with the latest in technology and keeps track of the everchanging customer requirements and its demanded safety in operating ductless cabinets.
