Air is taken in through pre-filters from the top of the cleanroom, filtered, and circulated into the enclosure. Positive pressure is maintained within the cleanroom in order to prevent the entry of contamination.
Equipped with standard Airstream® Fan Filter Units that offer a wide range of configurations and optional features, Streamline® Soft Capsules™ are one of the most economical free-standing modular cleanrooms on the market. GENERAL FEATURES Standard models are available in US Federal Standard 209E Cleanroom Class 10 to Class 10,000 cleanliness configurations and various sizes. Standard soft capsule body is an industrial-grade structure constructed of electrogalvanised steel with an abrasion-resistant white oven-baked powder-coated finish. Standard cleanroom ceiling grid. Free-standing design requires no suspended ceiling supports and allows for a fast and easy installation. Optional castor wheels ensure convenient relocation of the structure after installation. Energy-efficient Airstream® Fan Filter Units are easy to install (simply place units on the Soft Capsule™'s ceiling grid structure) and are available with a wide range of construction configurations. Streamline® Soft Capsule™ cleanrooms use standard 2'x4' Airstream® Fan Filter Units. Superior minipleat separatorless HEPA (99.99% typical efficiency) or ULPA (99.999% typical efficiency) filters provide optimum cleanliness and product protection. Tear-drop style 5000k warm-white fluorescent lighting creates a comfortable working environment.
